  1. NASA Universal Cia Manager for firmware 4.1 – 10.3 version 1.2 released by Rinnegatamante and if you are new to Cia manager here is a quick rundown of it. NASA is a CIA Manager, based on a heavy modified version of latest source of Big Red Menu, which is compatible with ANY firmware = 4.1.

A few seconds or minutes later you will see a small windows pop up saying 'Finished' press 'OK' and close the program Now go to your 'cia' folder and you will see your converted 3ds roms as cia files.
  3. 3-Once on Decrypt9WIP Select content decryptor options-CIA Builder options- Build cia from NCCH/NCSD 4-Decrypt9wip will convert all the 3ds files to cia (This can take some time) 5-Now the files are ready to be installed with a cia installer like FBI.

There are two types of games format which are compatible with Nintendo 3DS which is the 3ds format and the cia format.You need to have a flashcart such as Sk.

  1. -Get latest release of Decrypt9WIP (https://github.com/d0k3/Decrypt9WIP/releases/latest)
  2. -Place the .3ds files in the files9 folder in sd root(create it if it doesnt exist)
  3. -You may want to clean the files9 folder since files native firms and other dumped software will be also converted to CIA
  4. -For converting you need 2 times the size of the 3ds files as free space since when converter you will have the original(3ds) and the converted file (cia)
  5. -Have Aeskeydb.bin in the files9 folder(Get it from plailects guide, i wont link it)
  6. A9lh Luma
  7. 1-Unzip Decrypt9WIP.bin from the decrypt9 zip to the /luma/payloads/ folder on your SD card and rename Decrypt9WIP.bin to x_Decrypt9WIP.bin
  8. 1-unzip the Decrypt9WIP folder to your 3ds folder in your sd root
  9. 2-Boot to homebrew launcher on sysnand and select decryp9wip(this can take a lot of tries)
  10. Converting (a9lh/non a9lh users)
  11. 3-Once on Decrypt9WIP Select content decryptor options->CIA Builder options-> Build cia from NCCH/NCSD
  12. 4-Decrypt9wip will convert all the 3ds files to cia (This can take some time)
