Not just Kingdom Rush but everything. Gymcraft Labyrinth still shows I’ve got the premium content but my save files are gone. I’ve been playing it for months and I haven’t cleared my history or cookies or anything like that. I don’t want to spend all that time getting back to where I was in all my games.

I only downloaded the .swf file off some flash games portals and then repackaged the .swf file together with a .html file into a .zip file. In other words I only did some repackaging of the .swf files.

There is no officially supported way to do what you want to do. You cannot selectively restore files, photos, or data to the iPad, when you restore from a backup, it is all or nothing.
I have never used a third party backup extraction software, but one of those might be able to extract the game data that you want. You would have to check it out to see if it will work.

This is one such application, but I still don't think that you can retrieve data like game saves. You can retrieve documents, files, photos, contacts, etc, but I have my doubts about game save data.
